No. There are no additional LIMOTIVO per-booking charges within your plan allowance: 50 bookings per month for Basic, 200 for Business and unlimited for Premium. Subscription, one-time upfront, optional migration, applicable taxes and any external service charges are separate.
It covers initial establishment of your LIMOTIVO workspace and standard onboarding configuration. Basic US$199, Business US$299 and Premium US$399. Charged once, not annually.
No. It is an optional service for businesses that want help importing supported data and setting up fleet, driver and pricing structures from an existing dispatch operation.
Basic does not include automated flight monitoring. Business includes up to 100 monitored flights per month and Premium includes up to 500. The allowance counts monitored flights rather than individual background API requests. These are proposed subscription allowances; their technical enforcement in LIMOTIVO Dispatch is planned before commercial launch. Flight monitoring requires a supported data provider and integration.
AI Assistant is not included in Basic. Business offers limited AI assistance; Premium includes the full AI Assistant, subject to limits and provider conditions to be confirmed. It prepares quote drafts and booking-request drafts from enquiries and suggests customer replies. An administrator approves consequential actions.
